Notice on the Province’s Environmental Registry of the Town’s Overall

The Ministry has posted a Notice of the Town’s Overall Benefit Permit Application on the Ministry’s Environmental Registry. Members of the public can submit their written comments by December 21, 2011 by e-mail to esa.permits.agreements@ontario.ca and quote the Environmental Registry (ER) number: 011-5093 in the subject line. It is important to note that comments are to be forwarded directly to the Province via the process outlined in order to be considered. Comments should not be submitted to the Town with the expectation of the comments being forwarded to the Province. The posting of the notice is part of the process the Ministry uses in the processing and arrival of a decision on the Overall Benefit Permit application.
