This morning the Ontario Municipal Board held a Telephone Conference Call of the parties to finalize the hearing schedule for the appeals by the Citizens Coalition of Greater Fort Erie, the Preservation of Agricultural lands Society and individual appellants to the Zoning By-law, Official Plan Amendments and Regional Plan Amendment to permit a motor speedway in the Town of Fort Erie.

The hearing dates of June 18th to 29th (2 weeks) have been confirmed for the commencement of the hearing.  If required the hearing will resume on November 5th to 16th for a further 2 weeks.

All meetings will be held at Town Hall and open to the public. Times to follow.
