Due to the amount of rain and snowfall we received this week and in light of the forecasted warmer temperatures for the balance of the week, the public is encouraged to keep the following in mind regarding their private property and public property:

• Check your sump pump discharge pipe to ensure it is clear and functioning properly.
• Those residents that have installed backflow prevention valves, check to make sure they are clear of any debris so that they will operate properly.
• If your driveway culvert is exposed, check to make sure it is open and clear of debris to prevent flooding.
